What Sets the Cost of a Deep Clean in Maple, Concord and Woodbridge? Pricing guide.

A deep clean has no fixed price, because no two homes have the same buildup. Here is what the quote is built from, and what to send so it comes back right the first time.

Why a deep clean has no fixed price

Regular cleaning keeps a home at a level it is already at, so it can start from a published price. A deep clean brings a home back to that level, and the distance is different every time: a year of oven grease, mineral scale on the shower glass, baseboards nobody has reached since moving in. That is why deep cleaning is quoted separately, once the condition has been reviewed, in Maple, Concord and Woodbridge alike.

What a deep clean covers

The detail work a regular visit does not reach. Each line below is part of the scope, so the quote comes from which of them your home needs, and how much.

  • Kitchen: inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, inside the cabinets, the cooktop and range hood.
  • Bathrooms: mineral scale on glass and taps, soap scum, grout, tile joints and caulking.
  • Floor edges: baseboards and corners, door frames and floor transitions.
  • Throughout: fixtures, interior windows and sills, and window tracks, where access is safe and practical.

What moves the quote

How long since the last professional clean

Buildup is the biggest variable. A home cleaned regularly until a few months ago needs less time than one that has gone years without detail work, even at the same size.

Which appliances and cabinets

Every appliance interior adds time. An oven with burnt-on grease takes longer than a fridge with a few spills. Say which ones you want included.

Bathrooms and levels

Each bathroom brings its own scale, soap scum and grout. Each level adds stairs, landings and floor edges.

The same quote, three kinds of home

Maple

In the village houses near the station, older finishes such as original trim, older tile or refinished floors are tested in a corner before anything stronger is used, so name them. In the subdivisions, a finished lower level is part of the home and part of the quote. More on house cleaning in Maple.

Concord

A condo suite has one kitchen and often one bathroom, so the appliance interiors and that bathroom carry most of the work. Book the elevator if the building asks for it. In the older houses of Glen Shields and Dufferin Hill, say which rooms are original and which were renovated. More on house and condo cleaning in Concord.

Woodbridge

A basement kitchen is a second kitchen to deep clean, with its own appliances and cabinets. List it, and any extra bathroom, with the main floors. More on house cleaning in Woodbridge.

Deep clean first, then regular visits

A deep clean often comes once, before regular visits start. After that, the home is back at a level where recurring cleaning keeps it, starting from from $90 for a 1-bedroom apartment. What regular house cleaning costs has the full list. Moving out instead? An empty home is a move-out clean, quoted on its own.

How to get a deep cleaning quote

Name the areas that feel overdue, or that you have quietly stopped keeping up with. Separate them from the standard cleaning, which keeps the pricing clear. Send photos of the worst spots, then the home type, bathrooms and levels. The scope and price are confirmed before you book. See deep cleaning in Vaughan for the full room-by-room scope and real before-and-after photographs.

  • Glass shower enclosure with white tiled walls and a mosaic tile floor after cleaning
  • Black glass cooktop and stainless steel controls after cleaning
  • Folded white towels and linens on a shelf
